🎧 What about my original versions of the audiobooks?
If you purchased the original 2017/2018 audio versions, performed by Stephanie Rose and Guy Locke: they are still available in your audio library from whichever retailer you originally used (Audible, Libro.fm, Kobo, etc.)
If you borrowed them through a program like Audible Plus, then the borrowed versions are no longer available.
Note about Audible: There’s no easy way to distinguish between Audible titles that you've purchased vs borrowed in your personal Audible library. So if your Audible app shows one of the original New Camelot titles in your library, but Audible won’t let you download it, it is likely because you originally borrowed (vs purchased) that book. If you think there's an error, though, I recommend reaching out to Audible Support for help.
🎧 Can I get the new audiobooks for free?
Alas, no, as these are completely new versions. That means three new narrators were paid, along with a new audiobook director, a new sound engineer, new beta listeners—the whole shebang from soup to nuts is brand (spanking!) new.
If you’ve purchased the original versions, however, you’ll still have them (as noted above)!
