Join us on Thursday, March 12th to celebrate the release of Mistakes Were Made by Lucy Score. Lucy will be in conversation with Sierra Simone. Your ticket will include a signed deluxe copy of Mistakes Were Made.
Our event is at the Kansas City Convention Center, in Grand Ballroom C & D. The best way to come in to the ballroom is near 1550 Wyandotte Street, KCMO, although the technical address for the Convention Center is 301 W 13th St, KCMO.
Lucy will not be signing or personalizing any books for this event. We will have some of her signed backlist available for purchase at the event. This means we will not be allowing books brought in from home since she will not be signing.
Lucy and Sierra will be in conversation followed by a Q&A. This will be followed by a picture line with Lucy. We will be handing out group numbers as you check into the event and that is how you will be called up for the picture line.
Doors for this event will open at 5:30pm and it will start at 6:30pm.
Event FAQs
We highly recommend taking the street car, car pooling, or using ride share apps to get to the event. The Big 12 Basketball Tournament will be going at the same time as the event, so downtown will be very busy.
The closest Street Car stop is called the Kauffman Center Stop. The Street Car is free to ride. If you ride to the Kauffman Center Stop, you will simply walk 2 blocks west to the Grand Ballroom.
Books not picked up during the event will have 30 days to contact us for shipping or pickup.
There is a $6.50 shipping and handling fee. US ONLY.
We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit, and no refunds will be issued.
All events are 18+ unless stated otherwise. Please keep this in mind, as no children are allowed due to the nature of the content.
All attendees require a ticket. We do not have companion tickets.
